Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples was born in the US and is an artist, actress and singer. She is most famous for her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the principal role Jerrica Jem Betnton, in the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples grew up on Lake Mary Florida. Her younger sister is Ally. Aubrey spent ten seasons performing in the Orlando Repertory Theatre. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class in 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. But, they had to agree to her admission twice in order to allow her to assume the role in Nashville. Peeples was on the screen in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Also, she had a regular part in Necessary Rustness (1991). She was seen in film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. The latter was her most prominent role as Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama series in its second season. Peeples talked about her bipolar disorder in an interview she gave the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the top actors under twenty years old aged in September 2014.
